SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail and USPS Parcel Post. Shipping and handling costs are displayed before you finalize your order. Note: Handling costs are included in the shipping costs, they are not displayed separately.

Shipments are within the United States only. UPS 3 Day Select not available for Alaska and Hawaii.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We DO NOT ship to US Territories.

Certain items are denoted as oversized on their product pages. These items can only be shipped via UPS. If your order contains one or more oversized items, you must select UPS as your shipping method. If there is a conflict in your order, your order will be delayed until we are able to contact you to reconcile the issue.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders received on Tuesday through Friday will be processed within 48 hours. Orders received Saturday through Monday will be processed on Tuesday, and shipped within 48 hours. Orders will be processed within 48 hours after any federal holiday.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be applied to any shipments billed from within California (where Beauty Gifts & More is located).

RETURN POLICY

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all returns. All returns must be within 15 days. A check will be issued & sent to the buyer or a credit will be applied to the buyers credit card at the owners discretion. Customer must pay for return shipping. The original shipping fees are nonrefundable. If shipped back to us after 15 days the order will NOT be credited to your account. By state law we can not accept any returns on hairbrushes, combs,or make-up.

All sales on clearance items are FINAL - we do not accept returns on clearance items and items that are on sale for 25% off and more.

Items damaged in shipping will be replaced with an identical item free of charge. However, the damaged merchandise must be shipped back before a replacement is sent. Beauty Gifts & More is not responsible for the costs incurred in the return shipping.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be cancelled. Internet purchases are processed immediately and cannot be reversed. However, if you wish to make a return, please see our return policy above.
